# Experienced CAD Engineer – DOT / Bridge & Transportation Drafting

**Project Description:**

I'm looking for an experienced CAD Engineer or CAD Drafter with a strong background in bridge and transportation drafting to support technical drawing projects.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with DOT standards, bridge design drawings, and transportation infrastructure documentation.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Experience with bridge and transportation CAD drafting.
- Strong knowledge of DOT drafting standards and conventions.
- Proficiency in MicroStation and/or OpenRoads Designer.
- Experience preparing and reviewing bridge plans and structural details.
- Familiarity with plan and profile sheets, beam details, box culverts, and related structural drawings.
- Understanding of CADD standards, levels, line weights, text styles, title blocks, and sheet references.
- Ability to review drawings, identify drafting errors, and maintain professional drawing quality.
