Doorstep Diesel Admin Panel

I’m setting up “Fuel On Call”, a doorstep diesel-delivery service, and I need a clean, web-based admin panel that keeps the entire operation in one place.

Core features I must have
• Order management – the dashboard should list every incoming order, let me create one manually when a customer phones in, accept or reject with a click, assign it to a driver, and update its status right through to delivery. Live order tracking on a simple map view is essential.
• Rate management – diesel prices change daily; I want a quick field where I input the new rate and the system applies it to all new orders automatically. Historic price logs will help with reporting.
• Fuel inventory tracking – show current tanker stock, warn me when it dips below a set threshold, and let me record refills so the numbers stay accurate.
• User management – add, edit or deactivate customers, drivers and internal staff, set roles/permissions, and pull basic analytics on their activity.

Technical notes
– A responsive web app is fine; React or Vue on the front end and Node, Laravel or Django on the back end all work for me as long as the UI loads fast and data is secure.
– REST or GraphQL APIs are welcome so this panel can later talk to the customer and driver apps.
– Please set up a simple MySQL or PostgreSQL database schema and document it.
