I have a finished 2-D door drawing in PSD that I now need taken all the way through to machining. First, turn the sketch into a high-detail, photo-realistic 3-D model—think lighting, textures and material definition good enough for marketing images. From that same geometry, generate clean, ready-to-run G-code for a CNC router.
You do not need to change the design itself; accuracy to the original PSD is essential. I use a standard 3-axis machine, so please optimise toolpaths with sensible feeds, speeds and step-downs for hardwood.
Deliverables
• High-resolution 3-D model file (STEP or STL) plus a set of two or three rendered images
• Verified G-code ready for a 3-axis CNC router, accompanied by a brief setup sheet (bit sizes, spindle speed, material thickness, origin point)
I will test the file on scrap first; release of the final milestone happens once the toolpaths run without errors.
