I’m ready to commission the first production-ready release of Taleevo, a multi-tenant donations and engagement platform for UK churches and charities. The goal is to take the project from architecture to deployment on AWS, handing me a fully documented codebase and live environment that my team will own outright.
Scope of the MVP
• Donation flow: day-one support for NFC tap donations only (QR journeys can remain stubbed for future sprints).
• Payments: Stripe Connect integration covering one-off, weekly and monthly recurring gifts, plus donor-selectable funds and full reconciliation logic.
• Gift Aid: capture declarations and surface them in finance reports—no need to generate HMRC files or handle direct submission at this stage.
• Multi-tenancy: each church or charity sits in its own tenant, with role-based access limited to administrators and finance staff.
• Core admin: dashboards, user management, fund setup, basic reporting.
• Security & DevOps: infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GDPR-compliant data handling and a documented AWS deployment playbook.
What I need from you
1. Evidence of similar payment or SaaS products you’ve shipped.
2. Your proposed tech stack (I’m open, though TypeScript/Node, React, PostgreSQL and AWS serverless are attractive).
3. A high-level delivery plan with milestones, timeline and fixed-price quote.
4. Post-launch support terms.
Acceptance criteria
• All features above implemented, passing agreed test cases.
• Source code, IaC scripts and AWS accounts transferred to my organisation.
• Clean README and developer hand-over documentation.
• Successful end-to-end test: donor taps NFC tag, completes Stripe payment, Gift Aid declaration is stored, finance report reflects transaction in the correct tenant.
If this fits your expertise, let’s discuss your approach and firm up scope quickly so we can move into build.
