• Implement a payment solution that lets supporters donate by card and shows clear bank-transfer details as an alternative. Security and PCI compliance are essential.
• Set up an easy-to-manage CMS—WordPress is my likely choice, yet I’m open if you can justify another platform—so our team can update text, images, and blog posts without coding.
• Optimise for speed, SEO, and all screen sizes. Fast loading on 3G mobile is a must.
• Build a basic workflow that generates an on-screen confirmation and emailed receipt for each donation.
• Carry out full browser/device testing, then migrate to our hosting with zero downtime.
• Provide all source files and a short user guide at handover.
