Our upcoming corporate event revolves around a series of high-profile keynote speeches, and I want the entire program captured in a clean, documentary style. That means unobtrusive cameras, natural pacing, and authentic storytelling rather than flashy transitions or heavily scripted voice-overs.
The finished video should:
• Present each keynote in full, with clear, balanced audio.
• Weave in tasteful cutaways of audience reactions to convey the room’s energy.
Feel free to use multicam setups, external recorders, gimbals, or any other tools you rely on for polished documentary work; just keep the end result true to the moment. While my main priority is the keynotes and those audience cutaways, I’m open to discussing extras such as backstage interviews or behind-the-scenes snippets if time and logistics allow.
Please plan for on-site recording, post-production, colour correction, and delivery of the final master file (plus any raw footage we agree on). Let’s confirm timelines, shot list, and any gear requirements so the editing flow stays straightforward and the story remains focused on the speeches themselves.
