Document Retyping and proofreading

I have an academic paper in Science and Technology already typed in Word, but the file is cluttered with formatting glitches, inconsistent fonts, and a few sections that were copy-pasted from different drafts. I need it retyped into a clean, uniform document and thoroughly proofread for grammar, punctuation, and flow. Inline citations and the reference list must follow standard academic conventions (APA 7th), and figures or tables should retain their original numbering.
