I want a secure, doctor-centred web application that lets authorised physicians pull up a patient’s full medical history in just a few clicks. The focus is on fast retrieval, clear presentation, and iron-clad protection of sensitive data.
Key capabilities I expect from the first release:
• Role-based login so only credentialed doctors can enter the system.
• A searchable patient directory that returns a consolidated timeline of past visits, diagnoses, lab results, and notes.
• Audit logging to record who opened which chart and when, satisfying HIPAA-style compliance.
• An intuitive interface that works smoothly on desktop and tablet in the clinic.
I am open to the backend stack you prefer—Laravel, Node, Django, or another proven framework—as long as it can scale and plug into common EHR or FHIR APIs later on. Front-end can be React, Vue, or similar; usability is more important than the specific library.
Acceptance criteria for delivery:
1. I can sign in as a test doctor and search for a demo patient.
2. The full medical history loads in under two seconds on a typical clinic Wi-Fi connection.
3. All traffic is encrypted, and you provide brief documentation on security measures taken.
4. Source code and a short deployment guide are handed over in a private repository.
If you have previous experience building clinical dashboards or integrating with health data standards, let me know in your proposal.
