I run a fast-growing Shopify store and now need a full-time (40 hrs/week) Malaysian Chinese project manager who is completely at ease in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Your main objective is to keep our day-to-day operations smooth while helping me scale sales across Malaysia, Singapore, and Greater China.

Core responsibilities
• Managing product listings – create, optimise, and schedule new SKUs, ensuring Chinese/English copy is accurate and SEO-friendly.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns – brief creatives, coordinate Facebook, Google, and TikTok ads, track ROAS, and tweak funnels based on data.
• Customer service management – supervise the CS team, craft bilingual templates, and step in on escalations to maintain a 5-star rating.

You will also liaise with suppliers, monitor inventory, pull weekly KPI reports, and spot growth opportunities on the Shopify dashboard and connected apps (Klaviyo, PageFly, Easyship, etc.).

Success criteria
1. All new products live within 48 hours of brief, error-free in both languages.
2. Marketing dashboards updated daily, with action items summarised every Friday.
3. Customer response time held under two hours and satisfaction above 95 %.

This is a long-term, full-time role; please confirm you are Malaysia-based, ready to start within one week, and comfortable working the standard MYT business day.
