I need smooth, cinematic footage of several residential homes captured exclusively with the DJI Drone Neo 2. The goal is to showcase each property’s scale, layout, and surrounding neighborhood in a way that immediately engages home-buyers who scroll through online listings.
You’ll pilot the Neo 2, plan the flight paths, and deliver professionally edited video ready for MLS and social media. Please ensure stable 4K capture, accurate color, and gentle, fluid transitions so viewers feel as though they’re gliding around the house rather than watching a drone wobble overhead.
Deliverables
• 60–90 second finished video per home (MP4, H.264)
• Up to five labeled 10-second clips for social reels
• All raw footage on a shared drive
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Clean horizon lines, no prop shadow in frame
2. Proper white balance on exterior and interior shots
3. Final files delivered within the agreed timeline
If you already have ND filters, color-grading experience, and a portfolio of real estate work shot on DJI hardware, that will help me green-light the project quickly.
