Confidentiality is critical; every conversation and note must remain strictly private. At the end of each round of calls, I expect a clear written record of whom you spoke with, the key points raised, and any verified quotations that capture tone or emphasis. I am not looking for interpretation or opinion—just factual, well-organized information I can review at a glance.
