Discord Community Manager

I’m looking for someone to take full day-to-day ownership of our Discord server. This is an established online community that values helpful conversation and a welcoming tone, so your primary mission is member interaction and support.

What I need you to do:
• Greet new members, answer questions, and keep discussions flowing in the right channels.
• Monitor chats, address issues quickly, and escalate anything sensitive before it becomes a conflict.
• Organise light community activities—AMAs, polls, voice hangouts—to keep participation high.
• Enforce our existing guidelines consistently and log any incidents for my review.
• Provide a short weekly summary highlighting wins, recurring questions, and areas that could use fresh resources or tweaks.

The role centres on Discord, so you should already be comfortable with its moderation tools, bots, and role hierarchies. Experience with forum-style communities is a plus, but not required; content creation isn’t the priority here—responsiveness and a friendly presence are.
