My Australia-based disability and aged-care service needs a modern WordPress site that feels warm and welcoming while staying clean, easy to navigate, and fully responsive on mobiles and tablets. I already have a live website but I am not happy with the current design, layout and overall look. I want a fresh, modern website for business. The single most important outcome is to drive more client enquiries, so every design and development choice should guide visitors toward calling, sending a message, or filling out a simple form.

Scope of pages
• Home Page that instantly communicates who we help and why we’re different
• Service Overview that summarises NDIS and aged-care support packages
• Individual service pages for deeper detail and SEO targeting
• About Us to share our story, vision, and credentials
• FAQ section that removes common barriers to enquiry
• Contact Us with an intuitive form, click-to-call buttons, Google Maps embed, and prominent enquiry prompts throughout the site

Key requirements
• WordPress build with a visual editor (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar) so future content edits are hassle-free
• Warm colour palette, friendly imagery, and large readable typography that meets basic accessibility guidelines
• Fast-loading, mobile-first layouts tested across major browsers
• Clear call-to-action sections on every page, connecting directly to the enquiry form or phone number
• Basic on-page SEO setup: semantic headings, meta titles/descriptions, and image alt tags
• Integration of Google Analytics and a spam-protected contact form (reCAPTCHA or equivalent)
• Delivery of all design assets, template files, and instructions for routine updates

Acceptance criteria
1. Site passes Google Mobile-Friendly Test and loads in under 3 seconds on a 4G connection.
2. Contact form submissions successfully reach my nominated email address.
3. All listed pages are live, linked in an intuitive menu, and display correctly on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
4. CMS login plus a short video or PDF guide provided for editing text and images.

Once the site is approved on a staging link, migration to my live Australian hosting account completes the project.
