Directory Landing Page Through Divi

Hi,

I need a freelancer to build a responsive landing page for my Directory closely on the attached design/reference.

The purpose is to promote our upcoming relaunch and generate Founder Partner sign-ups.

Requirements
- Recreate the attached landing-page design professionally
- Mobile + desktop responsive
- Use our existing branding/blue colour scheme
- Include the £297 Founder Partner offer
- Clearly show the Free Community option
- Include the comparison section between Free and Founder Partner
- Include clear CTA buttons
- CTA should link to an external payment/sign-up page for Founder Partners and a separate form for the free option
- Ensure the page is clean, fast-loading and easy to edit
- I will provide the copy, branding and links
