Your tasks: 📌
Define and deploy the divisional quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
Act as a visible ambassador for safety, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across all locations.
Establish and maintain quality standards, governance, and compliance with Group Quality and ISO requirements.
Drive product and process quality improvements across all locations.
Lead customer quality and claims management, ensuring timely resolution and effective corrective actions.
Monitor quality KPIs, identify risks, and implement improvement initiatives.
Champion key programs including claim management, process control, FMEA harmonization, supplier quality integration, and best-practice sharing.
Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and support supplier, process, and product qualification activities.
Coordinate audits, ensure compliance, and drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
Provide functional leadership and development for the global quality community.
Your profile: 🔎
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of leadership experience in an international and/or multi-site organization.
Proven success in quality transformation, customer quality, and continuous improvement.
Experience in the transformer industry is a strong asset; experience in electrical equipment, heavy industry, or engineered products is also valued.
Strong knowledge of FMEA, root cause analysis, audit management, and customer claims processes.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
