Applies deep knowledge of how insurance buyers run procurement, selection and implementation to explain where InvoiceCloud wins and loses.
Tracks competitors and adjacent platforms and turns that insight into roadmap and partnership recommendations.
Acts as the market-facing authority and thought leader for Insurance, shaping how customers, partners and the market see InvoiceCloud.
Collaboration
Partners with Product and Engineering leaders to translate Insurance market insight into roadmap priorities.
Works alongside Sales leadership to support customers and prospects without owning revenue or quota, and coordinates with peer market leads on shared patterns.
