Digitize Paper Customer Data in Excel

I need all of my customer records transferred from paper forms into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. The stack includes names, contact details, purchase history notes, and a few free-text comments on each client, so absolute accuracy is essential.

I will provide high-resolution scans of the documents; you simply key the information into the spreadsheet I’ll share (Microsoft Excel 365). Please keep column headings exactly as I set them up, double-check spelling, and flag anything that is unreadable so I can clarify. When you finish, I expect a fully populated .xlsx file that mirrors the source sheets line-for-line, ready for future analysis.

If this first batch goes smoothly there may be follow-on work for cleaning or deeper analysis, but for now the task is data entry only.
