I have a collection of paper records that have already been converted into clear scanned images. Each page contains mixed data—both text entries and numerical fields—that now needs to be captured accurately into a digital format.

You will receive the scans via a shared cloud folder. Your task is to key every value exactly as it appears, preserving punctuation, capitalisation, and number formatting. I will provide a simple spreadsheet template with predefined columns; feel free to work in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, as long as the final file matches the template structure and can be opened in Excel without adjustment.

Deliverables:
• Completed spreadsheet containing every record from the scans
• Brief note highlighting any illegible items or inconsistencies spotted during entry
