Embroidery Digitising Expert Needed for Two Premium Home Textile Designs

We are developing two luxury embroidered furnishing fabrics for interior design applications and are looking for an experienced embroidery digitiser to prepare our artwork for industrial production.

Both designs have already been professionally created as high-resolution TIFF artwork. We now require these to be converted into production-ready embroidery files suitable for our manufacturer's embroidery machines.

Project Scope

* Convert two supplied TIFF designs into production-ready embroidery files (DST, EMB or other formats required by the manufacturer).
* Optimise stitch types, stitch density, stitch direction, underlay and sequencing for high-quality embroidery.
* Ensure both designs are suitable for continuous repeat across wide-width furnishing fabric (approximately 280 cm wide).
* Work with us and, if necessary, our manufacturer to make any technical adjustments required before sampling.

Requirements

* Proven experience in commercial embroidery digitising.
* Experience with large-scale textile or home furnishing embroidery (preferred over apparel logo digitising).
* Strong understanding of industrial embroidery production and machine limitations.
* Ability to deliver clean, efficient files that minimise production issues while maintaining the integrity of the original artwork.
* Excellent communication and willingness to answer technical questions during sampling.

What We Will Provide

* Two high-resolution TIFF artwork files.
* Design dimensions and repeat information.
* Manufacturer specifications where available.

* Examples of similar embroidery digitising work, particularly for textiles, furnishings or decorative fabrics.
* The software you use (e.g. Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, etc.).
* Your estimated turnaround time.
* Your proposed fee for digitising both designs.
