Digitize Handwritten Notes & Tables

I have fewer than ten handwritten pages that need to be turned into a clean, editable online document. Each page contains a mix of plain paragraphs and several tables or simple charts that must be recreated exactly as they appear on the original sheets.

Here is what I need from you:
• Precise transcription of every word, keeping original spelling and punctuation.
• Faithful reconstruction of each table or chart so the layout matches the source.
• Delivery as a single, well-formatted Google Doc (or Word file if you prefer) that is ready for me to copy-edit and share.

Accuracy matters more than speed, but a quick turnaround is appreciated. If you have experience typing from handwritten material and feel comfortable inserting tables using Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or similar tools, this should be straightforward.

I will supply clear scans of the notes as soon as we start.
