I have a steady stream of ethnic clothing artwork—mainly traditional wear and everyday ethnic pieces—that must be converted into production-ready embroidery files. Your job is to recreate each motif stitch-by-stitch so the finished piece looks exactly like the original fabric pattern once it runs on the machine.

What I need from you
• Every design digitized in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio (my preferred platform)
• Final output as DST for production and the accompanying EMB working file for any future edits
• Stitch paths that run cleanly on a variety of commercial machines without thread breaks or registration issues
• Careful consideration of fabric type, density, pull compensation and colour sequence so the embroidery sits perfectly on the garment
• Turnaround times we agree on, consistently met
• An NDA signed before you receive the artwork
• Your clear rate card that shows how pricing changes with size, number of colours and stitch count

Deliverables for each design
1. DST file (ready to run)
2. EMB source file
3. Thread sequence chart and stitch count summary

Quality is paramount; these garments often feature fine details and repeating motifs, so a keen eye and a disciplined approach to underlay, density and trimming are essential. If you are confident you can match the original patterns stitch-for-stitch and would like to work long term, let’s talk.
