Digitize Customer Data into Excel

I have 1–20 pages of customer information printed as narrative paragraphs. Each paragraph mixes text details with numerical figures—names, contact information, dates, account numbers, purchase totals, that sort of thing. All of it needs to be lifted from the paper and placed into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook.

You will read each paragraph, identify every discrete data point, and enter it into its own column so that every customer sits on a single row. Accuracy matters: text must match the original spelling, numbers must retain their exact values, and any missing or illegible portions should be flagged so I can double-check the source.

Deliverables
• One .xlsx file with clear column headers and no merged cells
• All mixed text-and-number data transcribed exactly as on paper
• A brief note of any fields you were unable to decipher

I will spot-check entries against the originals, and the project is complete once the workbook passes that review.
