Digital Watercolor Engagement Art

I'm seeking a digital artist to create a unique engagement present. The artwork should be in a watercolor style.

The piece should be divided into four quadrants, each representing a different part of the engagement.

4 boxes of the engagement. Top left, outline of Montenegro. Top right, bottle of wine, but a certain type of bottle, details to be shared. It was pulled from the sea and was special on the trip.
