Digital Trifold Brochure PDF Creation

I have a fully designed, six-panel tri-fold brochure, along with an existing interactive HTML prototype that already displays the panels in the correct sequence.

I am not looking for a new brochure design or a standard PDF conversion.

I'm looking for someone who can take my existing artwork and HTML prototype and create a polished, interactive digital brochure that opens and closes naturally, like a physical tri-fold leaflet.

What I need:

The brochure should initially display the front cover.

On the first click, the cover should open to reveal two panels side by side.

On the second click, it should unfold fully to reveal the three inside panels.

On the final click, it should close to display the back cover.

The folding movements should look smooth and realistic.

All existing artwork, text, photographs and branding must remain unchanged.

The finished brochure must work on desktop and mobile devices.

It must be accessible through a simple web link that I can share by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.

I would like the finished HTML/source files so I can make future updates.

I can provide the original PDF artwork and the existing working HTML prototype, so the developer will not need to start from scratch.

Budget: €30 initially. Please advise if the animation requirements make this unrealistic.

I'm looking for someone experienced in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript animation who can show examples of similar interactive projects. Please include at least one example of past work relevant to this project.
