Digital Text Entry & Categorization

I have a collection of digital files that contain text pulled from various sources. Each piece of text needs to be keyed in accurately and then filed under the correct customer-related category so I can retrieve it quickly later on.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Enter every line of text exactly as it appears in the digital files, keeping spelling, punctuation and line breaks intact.
• Assign each entry to the right “Customer details” category; if a piece of text doesn’t belong there, flag it for my review rather than guessing.
• Deliver the finished work in a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with separate columns for the raw text, customer name, date, and any notes you feel will help me verify accuracy.

Acceptance criteria
– 100 % of supplied files transcribed.
– No mismatched or missing customer categories.
– Spreadsheet opens without errors and is formatted for easy filtering and search.
