I have a collection of clean digital files—mainly Word docs and PDFs—and I need every bit of their text transferred with perfect accuracy into the format I’ll specify (most often a spreadsheet or online form). Consistency in spacing, punctuation, and capitalization matters, so you will need a sharp eye for detail rather than any creative rewriting.

You’ll receive the files in organized batches, and I’ll include a brief template that shows exactly where each text element goes. Once each batch is complete and double-checked, send it back so I can sign off before we move on to the next set.
