I have a batch of PDFs and Word files that need their text copied over accurately into clean, well-formatted Word documents. No numbers or mixed content—this is purely text, and it must be replicated exactly as it appears in the originals, including paragraph breaks, headings, and any simple emphasis such as bold or italics.

I will provide all source files via a shared drive as soon as we start. Your job is to open each file, extract the text without introducing errors, and paste or retype it into a new .docx file that follows the original structure. Minor layout adjustments are fine as long as the wording stays identical.

Deliverable:
• A separate Word document for every source file, named to match the original filename.

Before we wrap up, I’ll spot-check several files for accuracy and formatting consistency. If anything is off, I’ll send it back for correction. Once everything passes that quick review, the project is complete.
