At this stage my digital initiative—currently labelled “Khvgjnm”—is little more than an idea, yet I know it will involve some form of online or mobile presence. Before committing resources I want to shape the concept into a clear, actionable brief.

Here is what I need from you:

• A structured discovery session (remote is fine) to unpack the vision behind “Khvgjnm,” determine whether it should become a website, a mobile app, or another digital service, and outline the pros and cons of each route.
• A concise requirements document that captures goals, target users, core features, recommended tech stack, and an estimated timeline broken into logical milestones.
• High-level wireframes or flow diagrams that visualise the user journey and help stakeholders understand the scope at a glance.

Acceptance criteria
1. The requirements document answers “what, why, and how” clearly enough that a designer or developer could quote accurately.
2. Wireframes/flows cover every primary screen or step discussed in the discovery session.
3. All materials are delivered in editable formats (Google Docs, Figma, Miro, or similar) and include a brief hand-off call to walk me through the results.
