I am an astrologer seeking a skilled female freelancer to manage client communication, convert leads into paid consultations, and handle digital marketing. The freelancer will be responsible for running social media ads to generate leads, calling these leads, explaining the services, and encouraging them to book one-on-one video consultations. Compensation includes INR 5 per qualified call and INR 200 per successful conversion, along with a base pay of INR 2,000 per week. Target: Achieve 5 successful lead conversions into paid consultations weekly. This is an ongoing project as long as conversions are achieved.
