Digital Mandi Accounting Platform

I am setting up a “Mandi Accounting Manage Bussines” solution—essentially a full-service digital green market—and I need the platform built from the ground up. The core objective is to run every part of my mandi operation online, from daily trading through to final financial statements, in one seamless system.

At a minimum the platform must deliver:
• Product listings that let farmers and buyers post, edit and browse stock in real time
• Secure payment processing fully integrated with local gateways and wallets
• A user-review layer so traders can rate transactions and build credibility

Beyond these front-end features, the heart of the job is accounting automation for a digital mandi. Sales, purchases, inventory movements, payables, receivables, tax calculations and final reporting all need to flow into a single ledger that I can export or audit whenever required.

Tech stack is flexible—web or hybrid mobile is fine—as long as it remains lightweight, fast and easy for non-technical traders to navigate. I value clear database design, clean UI/UX and rigorous security practices.
