I'm seeking an experienced circuit designer to create a digital control system for a Bi Color LED Matrix. The core component of this system will be a microcontroller that can add good sound quality designed by software in which each LED will have a sound frequency.

Key Requirements:
- Design of an LED Matrix of 25 columns and 6 rows
