Digital Chassis Plate Replication

I need a digital artwork replicating an existing vehicle chassis plate. The plate is in minor wear condition, and should be recreated to look brand new.

Requirements:
- Accurate replication of details: make and model, year of manufacture, serial number
- Minor wear removal for a brand new appearance
- Deliverable in AI or EPS format

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar software
- Experience with detailed digital artwork
- Attention to detail for accurate replication
