My portable diesel generator, which powers a small construction site, has stopped cranking completely and the paired water pump now sits idle beside it. I need a seasoned mechanic who can move beyond basic maintenance and carry out a full repair and service cycle:

• Run engine-side diagnostics to pinpoint the “won’t start” fault—fuel, air, electrical, and compression checks.
• Strip, clean, and replace any worn or damaged parts (filters, injectors, hoses, belts, seals, starter components—whatever the inspection shows).
• Flush and service the connected water pump so both units are ready to work together again.
• Reassemble, re-tune, and perform load and performance testing to confirm reliable output under typical construction-site demand.

You’ll bring your own diagnostic kit (OBD tools, multimeter, compression tester, leak-down gauge) and any specialty hand tools. I’ll cover parts once we agree on a list generated after inspection. A concise service report that details findings, replaced items, and final test results will be the final deliverable.
