Dialux Apartment Lighting Plan

My 3,000 sq ft duplex apartment, plus a generous terrace that will soon host a small bar, needs a full lighting concept in Dialux. Indoors I want a cozy, warm atmosphere achieved primarily with recessed fixtures; the space must feel inviting rather than showroom bright. On the terrace the brief shifts slightly toward social ambience—think subtle accent lighting to frame seating, bar counter, and planter zones, all while respecting outdoor glare limits.

I will supply PDFs of the architectural layout the moment we start. From there you will model the spaces in Dialux, run accurate photometric calculations, and refine fixture placement until uniformity, lux levels, and visual comfort meet residential best practices.

Deliverables (ASAP):
• Dialux project file with all luminaire data
• Printable lighting layout drawings for indoor rooms and terrace
• Fixture schedule referencing real, purchasable products
• Simple installation notes for my contractor

Completion is time sensitive, so daily progress snapshots or short videos of the evolving Dialux model will keep us both aligned. Once the final file is handed over and readings verify target lux levels, the project is done.
