Diagnose Google Search Ads Issue

I need an experienced Google Ads/PPC specialist to diagnose an unusual serving issue in an established Google Ads account.

Several Search campaigns that have been running successfully for a long time suddenly stopped serving and are now receiving 0 impressions.

Important details:

* Campaigns are Enabled and Eligible
* Ads are Eligible
* Keywords are Eligible
* No policy violations or disapprovals are shown
* Campaign diagnostics says “Everything is OK” / no unresolved issues
* Budgets are sufficient
* Keywords previously performed normally (e.g. Quality Score 7/10)
* No major changes were made before the issue started
* Ad Preview & Diagnosis sometimes says it cannot determine why the ad is not showing
* Abschleppdienst and Autotransport campaigns are currently not serving
* Another Search campaign (Pannendienst) in the SAME Google Ads account continues to serve normally

Therefore, this does not appear to be a simple account-wide billing suspension or general account shutdown.

I am looking for someone who understands advanced Google Ads troubleshooting and can investigate campaign serving, hidden policy/account restrictions, advertiser verification, bidding/auction eligibility, security/trust reviews, destination issues and possible Google backend serving problems.

Please do not apply if your solution is simply “increase the budget/bids” or rebuild the campaigns. These campaigns were previously serving normally and stopped abruptly.

I would like you to review the account with me, identify the actual reason for the zero impressions, and advise whether this requires escalation to Google Ads technical support.

Please mention if you have previously dealt with an Eligible Google Ads Search campaign suddenly dropping to 0 impressions while other campaigns in the same account continue serving.
