Diagnose and Fix Deluxe.com.ng Loading Issues

Deluxe.com.ng has stopped loading altogether—every single page hangs since the site went through a malware clean-up. My former developer attempted a quick fix but the problem is still there, so I need a thorough, systematic diagnosis and repair.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Pinpoint the exact cause of the loading failure across the entire site (server logs, error logs, browser console, network waterfall—whatever tools you prefer).
• Repair the issue safely, making sure no traces of malware or broken configurations remain.
• Provide a brief, clear summary of what you found and the steps you took so I can keep future maintenance straightforward.

Acceptance criteria:

• Homepage and every internal page load normally in major browsers without timeouts or console errors.
• Page-load performance returns to reasonable levels (sub-3-second first render in Chrome DevTools or similar).
