DGCA-Compliant Pilot Training App

I need a mobile and tablet app that delivers DGCA-aligned pilot training in a clear, engaging format. The core of the build revolves around three learning pillars: high-quality video tutorials, hands-on interactive simulations, and graded quizzes or assessments that track each cadet’s progress toward the DGCA examination standards.

Scope of work
• Develop a clean, intuitive learner interface with quick access to video modules, simulation labs, and quiz sections.
• Build or integrate a lightweight Learning Management System so I can upload new videos, tweak simulation parameters, and add or edit question banks without touching the codebase.
• Ensure all content, question pools, and performance metrics map directly to the current DGCA syllabus; any deviation should be highlighted for my review.
• Implement progress dashboards for both trainees and administrators, including pass/fail thresholds, time-on-task statistics, and flagged weak areas.
• Provide offline playback for videos and simulations to accommodate low-connectivity environments often found near remote airstrips.
• Security and data privacy must follow standard aviation-training best practices (secure login, encrypted data at rest and in transit).

Preferred stack and tools
Flutter or React Native for true cross-platform delivery; Unity or a comparable engine for the 3-D or 2-D simulations; Firebase or an equivalent back end for real-time syncing and analytics. I’m open to alternatives if they shorten development time or improve performance.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code with build instructions
2. Admin panel for content management
3. Compiled apps ready for Google Play and Apple TestFlight (or direct .apk/.ipa)
4. Technical and user documentation, including a cross-reference table showing DGCA learning objectives vs. in-app modules
5. A short demo data set: one sample video, one simulation, and a 20-question quiz to prove the workflow end-to-end

Acceptance criteria
The first release must allow a new user to register, watch a video, run a simulation, complete a quiz, and receive instant scoring feedback—each step matching DGCA requirements. Once these five checkpoints work flawlessly on both Android and iOS, the milestone is considered met.

Timeline and collaboration tools are flexible; I’m happy to use GitHub, Trello, or any proven system you prefer as long as commits and test builds come through regularly.
