Our application is a complex multi-tenant PHP SaaS platform built on Laravel. We need a production-ready environment deployed on a Hetzner Cloud VPS, leveraging Cloudflare for DNS, edge security, wildcard routing, and Cloudflare R2 for multi-tenant asset storage, complete with an automated zero-downtime deployment pipeline. This is a fixed-price project with structured milestones. We require clean execution, security hardening, automated deployments, and complete handoff documentation.
