DevOps Engineer — Crypto Exchange (CEX) | Remote | Long-Term

We're building AlphaNex, a next-gen centralized crypto exchange, evolving an existing P2P system into a full CEX (trading, matching engine, market data, wallets, APIs).
We need a DevOps engineer to build our infrastructure from scratch — CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud, monitoring, security, reliability.

You must review both before submitting a proposal. We want to see that you understand the current system and can identify what needs to be improved.

- What You'll Do
• Build CI/CD pipelines for microservices
• Manage cloud infra with Terraform/Ansible
• Run Docker + Kubernetes in production
• Set up monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Ensure security, HA, and disaster recovery

- What We Need
• 3+ years DevOps/SRE experience
• AWS/GCP/Azure + Terraform + Kubernetes + Docker
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
• Scripting (Bash, Python, Go)
• Crypto/fintech experience is a big plus
