Developer Needed: Complete Existing Real Estate Platform (PHP/MySQL)

Looking for a developer with frontend and backend experience (PHP/MySQL). Code, planning, and features are already provided - you won't be starting from scratch.

You'll be working on a real project: finishing a real estate rental platform for the Albanian market. A fully working, clickable prototype already exists, along with a detailed technical requirements document and a backend code scaffold (database schema, authentication, listing management, email/SMS sending, photo upload, payment integration code) — your job is connecting the two into a live platform, not building from scratch. If we find a common language, you could end up maintaining the platform after its release.

Key Information:
- Frontend/backend, PHP/MySQL
- Main work: connecting the existing frontend to a real backend API, setting up real email/SMS sending, finishing photo upload, Google Maps/Places integration, admin-panel access control, password-reset functionality, basic abuse prevention (rate limiting, CAPTCHA)
- Testing against a real server
- Clear instructions and working code provided
