Develop Secure Office Monitoring System

I want to build a cloud-based system for managing our office computers. It should include a Windows agent installed on each employee's PC and a secure web dashboard for administrators. From the dashboard, administrators should be able to see which computers are online, view multiple employee screens, open an individual screen, remotely control the mouse and keyboard, transfer files, lock or restart a computer, and temporarily black out its local screen during a remote session.and once the file in installed on employees pc , no can see it , it wont show in programs or any app or in services , it will be hidden somehow, only a uninstaller can remote it,, also when we are watching eloyees, employees wont get any message or notification that admin is watching you or controlling your pc - these are all my employees and for data breach i need to take this step , i can directly open any site on employee from admin panel directly
