I am building a secure, user-friendly booking platform where patients can effortlessly find and reserve time with healthcare professionals and business consultants.
Core workflow
• Patients browse profiles, choose times, and confirm appointments.
• On the provider side, consultants need three integrated tools: appointment scheduling, client management, and seamless payment processing.
Patient-facing extras
To stand out from generic schedulers, the platform must also let patients:
• Store and review their own health records.
• Start real-time online consultations (video preferred, voice and chat as fallback).
• Receive automatic reminders by email, SMS, or in-app push.
Technical notes & deliverables
I’m open to your preferred stack, but HIPAA-ready security, responsive design, and clean API architecture are essential. Please outline:
1. The technologies you would use for front-end, back-end, database, and payments.
2. Milestones leading to a functional MVP, then production release.
3. How you will handle data encryption, authentication, and audit logging.
