Develop a Barcode Scanner App (Android & IoS) plus a Windows application as server – using push IMAP function. - Quotation Request -- 2

The scanner app will transmit barcode content via Push IMAP to the Windows application.
An IMAP mail account (with push IMAP function) is available.
Framework MS Visual Studio C# and Xamarin.

Part 1.
Create the mobile app (Android) with these features:
- Barcode scanning of typical barcode types (e.g. using ZXing)
- Store content with timestamp in a local table, which can be viewed and cleared
- Configuration of push IMAP account (receiver email address, own user / server)
- Optional real time transmission of scanned content via push IMAP (can be switched on).
- Configuration is stored as serialized object in XML or JSON file.

Part 2
Create a simple Windows application (VS C#), reading IMAP account.
Display received messages (barcode content) in a list. List can be deleted.
Configuration of Email-account to listen to.

Part 3
Windows application confirms reception of data content by IMAP message back to the scanner app on the mobile device.
Confirmation sent back as return code (OK or NOK plus optional text).
(for testing in the Windows application the return code can be configured)

Part 4
Mobile app is waiting for the confirmation message from Windows application (time out can be configured). No further scanning is possible until either an OK message is returned, or the NOK message was displayed with Text and confirmed by the User.

Part 5
Adopt the mobile app for IOS.

Next steps:
- user can define on the mobile device multiple entry fields plus a Button to trigger data transfer.
- Fields can be populated by scanner activity of manual input.
- Transmission of scanned / entered values in a (flexible) structure to the Windows application.
- Define Regular Expressions for each field and barcode type restrictions.
