Detailed SketchUp Site Plan Model

I need a clean, well-organised SketchUp (.skp) model with layers of the Southport Broadwater Parklands site plan with contours of the park, using the reference photos and drawings on this page: https://www.archilovers.com/projects/25743/southport-broadwater-parklands.html
(not sure if possible with out actual plans)?

Scope
The model must cover the main stage area plus its immediate surroundings. Surrounding roads should be reproduced at a highly detailed level—include lane markings, kerbs, crossings, signage positions and realistic asphalt textures where visible in the reference material. Light poles may stay as simple, properly-scaled shapes placed in their correct locations. Inside the stage footprint, only the architectural structure itself is required; skip lighting truss or sound equipment for now.

Deliverables
• One SketchUp 2021-compatible .skp file
• Roads modelled with accurate geometry and applied textures
• Stage structure modelled to the same footprint and massing shown in the reference link
• Simple, correctly placed light-pole components
• Layers/Tags and groups named logically so elements can be toggled on or off easily

Acceptance
I’ll review the file by orbiting through the model and toggling layers. Roads must align with the reference imagery and display their textures clearly; stage geometry must match the published drawings; light poles must sit in the right spots at consistent scale. Once those points check out, the job is complete.
