Detailed Multi-Family Drafting & Elevations

I have a multi-family residential project that will rise three to four stories high and I need every sheet drafted with construction-ready precision. You will receive a cleaned site plan along with reference sketches and inspiration images; from there I expect the following:

• Full floor plans for each level showing accurate dimensions, room layouts, door and window locations, and overall building heights
• Exterior elevations that clearly illustrate the brick façade, key material call-outs, and story lines
• Final files delivered both as print-ready PDFs and in editable CAD (DWG/DXF) so my engineer can layer in structural notes
• Optional, but helpful: a colored elevation set or a simple 3D massing/render to convey finishes and overall appearance

Please include in your bid:
– Estimated turnaround time for first draft and total timeline to completion
– Number of revisions you are comfortable including before sign-off
– A short list of the software you intend to use (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.) so I know file compatibility

Acceptance will hinge on the plans matching the provided site constraints, clean layer management in the CAD files, and elevations accurately reflecting the specified brick exterior. I’m ready to begin as soon as I review your timeline and sample work.
