Detailed Invoice Data Entry

I have a batch of invoices that must be converted into clean, structured data. Every element on each invoice needs recording—supplier name, invoice number, dates, individual line-item descriptions, quantities, unit costs, discounts, tax rates, subtotals, and the grand total.

Please place the information in an Excel spreadsheet I will provide. Each row should represent one line item, and the sheet must be organized so I can quickly filter or pivot by supplier or vendor name—that is the primary way I track spending. Feel free to add extra columns if something on the invoice doesn’t fit the template; I would rather have too much data than not enough.

Accuracy and consistency are critical: totals in Excel should reconcile with the document totals, tax fields must be clearly identified, and any unreadable figures flagged for review. Once finished, return the updated workbook along with a brief note confirming the number of invoices processed and any anomalies you encountered.

If you have experience with high-volume data entry, invoice OCR, or bookkeeping workflows, you will hit the ground running. Confidentiality is a must, as the invoices contain sensitive supplier information.
