Detailed Exterior House Visualization

I need a clean SketchUp model that lets my client instantly understand the look and feel of their future home from every angle. The brief is strictly about the outside: façades, rooflines, window and door treatments, cladding, trims, and any texturing that helps the elevations read convincingly. Interior rooms, furnishings, or cut-throughs are not required this round.

Level of finish
The model should go beyond simple massing. Please include accurate wall thicknesses where they affect reveals, realistic roof geometry, and photo-matched or custom textures so the siding, masonry, and glazing read true to material. I’ll supply reference drawings and a material palette as soon as we kick off.

Deliverables
• Native SketchUp (.skp) file, grouped and layered sensibly for easy color or material swaps
• A set of high-resolution perspective exports (PNG or JPG) highlighting the main elevations

Acceptance
I will consider the job complete when the model opens without missing textures, the geometry is clean (no stray edges or reversed faces), and the renders reflect the specified materials.
