Detailed Excel Data Entry with Online Research

I'm looking for a freelancer to do Excel data entry for me. The list contains of 723 out of approximately 20% are not applicable to fill in. Out of the remaining 80% of 723 lists each one of them contain another subfolder of Excel files that will be downloaded separately and added into a master folder Excel list that I want from you. The proceeded Excel file on each varies from 5-200 or higher on each I would estimate but its difficult to say exactly since all list must be downloaded separately to see exact numbers. All these individual subfolder Excel files must be saved in one Excel file too and added into a master folder Excel file too.

3 things needs to be typed in manually from your end on each company lines in Excel. Phone numbers, email address and websites on each individual subfolder company lines. The time consuming part would be that all missing phone numbers and emails addresses must be found online including adding companies websites too if they have.

All subfolder Excel file information are available from a link that you need to add into the Excel list. This means that a lot of manual typing would be required from your end. Note that some companies do not have an available online email address nor website hence these must be omitted to add into Excel file. Some of the subfolder Excel files do have already phone numbers added in but please considered it to be minority rather than majority of Excel list.

I will instruct you thoroughly step by step and make example with you too to show exactly what is requested and how to do it correctly. All is public online available information of local companies. I will share with you the link and filter format that I want you to use to drag all these information from the company website in Excel which is available. No calling clients, interaction with client, unsolicited emails etc. is requested at all. You just need to add information into Excel file of missing information that is not available in the list.

Please do not proceed before you understand this tasks fully. Its important for me to be done correctly the first time. Clear communication with me through is required and transparency since I will be checking together with you as we get along the process in order to ensure everything is as requested and all information are gathered correctly.
