Detailed AutoCAD Architectural Plan Redraw

I have a set of existing architectural plans that now need to be converted into a clean, fully-layered AutoCAD file ready for construction. The end goal is a complete set of detailed construction drawings—every line, note, and dimension reproduced with professional accuracy so the contractor can build directly from your work.

What I will supply
• PDFs / scans of the current plans (floor plans, elevations, and a handful of sections)
• Any marked-up changes and field notes I already have
• My layering and annotation standards in DWG format for easy reference

What I expect back
1. A fully editable DWG, organised by logical layers (walls, doors, windows, fixtures, text, dimensions, etc.).
2. Consistent lineweights, fonts, and annotation styles that match the standards file I give you.
3. Complete dimensioning and call-outs so a builder can pull quantities straight from the drawing.
4. Separate sheets for plans, elevations, sections, and details set to correct scales (metric).
5. A brief change log noting anything you had to interpret or clarify.

Accuracy is critical—please only respond if you are comfortable producing full detailed construction drawings in AutoCAD. I am ready to start as soon as you confirm turnaround time and any clarifications you need.
