Detailed 3D Robotic Humanoid Model

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a fully detailed Image Comics Tech Jacket model for 3D printing or a physical prototype. The model should have moving joints and separate parts. I'm interested in the E. J. Su. art style of the character and have my own references you can base it off of (you can also use references from the first volume of Tech Jacket if needed).

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, SolidWorks, Maya)
- Experience with mechanical designs and articulated figures
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- 3D printing knowledge is a plus

I'm planning to have this guy printed out with resin. for articulation specifics, i want something close to Bandai 30MF (30 Minutes Fantasy) Liber Knight, or something that looks like sh figurarts or ct toys. i dont want ball joints for limbs, i want the torso to bend and turn so no ab crunch hinge joint, have it be a ball joint or something else. double hinge elbow joints for the knees and elbows, and butterfly joints for the base of the legs and arms. i want different hands that can swapped out and if you feel like it, a normal head of Zack Thompson that can be swapped with the Tech Jacket's head part (the zack thompson should be the zack thompson design from the later comics, volumes 2, 3 and 4).

The project needs to be completed within a month, and i want project files when done. Please provide examples of similar work done.
